It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions and/or other allergies.   1. How is Posh Party Palace different from its competitors?

    We offer posh, private parties for our guests. We include a self esteem session in each of our parties. Our main goal is to have every girl leave a Posh Party Palace knowing they are unique and beautifully made.

  2. How do I reserve a Posh Party?

    There are many ways to reserve a party:

    Rush Party Fee: If you are requesting, and we are available, a party date less than 2 weeks before the party date, we will require a rush fee. The rush fee is $50.00 added to your final bill.

    Travel Fee: There is a 15% travel fee on the total party bill for parties outside of the 30 mile radius of our Raleigh zip code of 2712. For locations 50 miles or more outside of the 2712 zip code please call 336-756-7674.

     


  3. Is a deposit required?

    Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to reserve your party day and time.

  4. Where are we located?

    Posh Party Palace is based in North Carolina and completly mobile. We can come to any location of your choice!

     

    Posh Party Palace charges 15% of the party bill as a travel fee outside of 30 miles of our Winston Salem location zip code of 27127. For locations 50 miles or more outside of the 27127 zip code please call 336-756-7674

  5. What's included in the Party Package?

    Our packages include everything needed for a Perfectly Posh Party. We are more than happy to take care of even the smallest of details-props, party favors, complimentary drinks and snacks.   6. How many children can you accommodate?

    Our party cost is based on 8 guests. We can accommodate as many as 12-20 guests including the birthday guest. Consider whether siblings will participate when making out your guest list as they may want to dress up in posh attire too.

     

    Boy coming to the party?

    Posh Party Palace will be more than happy to have dress up pirate hats, vests, and props for a Pirate Party. We will also provide boys with a tattoo instead of make-up.

     

    Please let us know in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate your guests' needs.

  7. Are drinks and snacks provided for the parents?

    Our complimentary drinks and snacks are only for the party guests. We will be happy to serve the parents cake if you provide extra paper goods in which to serve them on. Please feel free to bring your own drinks/snacks/paper goods for parents or we can supply additional paper products, snacks and drinks for an additional fee of $25.00.

  8. What is a Pre-Party Consultation?

    Prior to all parties Posh Party Palace holds a pre-party consultation over the phone or in person to ensure that all questions regarding your event are taken care of.

Policies

  1. Deposits and Payments

    Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to reserve your party day and time.

    Final Payments: The remaining party balance is due seven days prior to the event and is based on the final headcount at that time. Any party add-ons must be paid in full at that time as well. If Posh Party Palace is unable to process payment, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

     

    Rush Party Fee: If you are requesting, and we are available, a party date less than 2 weeks before the party date, we will require a rush fee. The rush fee is $50.00 added to your final bill.

    Travel Fee: There is a 15% travel fee on the total party bill for parties outside of the 30 mile radius of our Raleigh zip code of 2712. For locations 50 miles or more outside of the 2712 zip code please call 336-756-7674.

     

    Payments Accepted: We accept cash, personal checks ($35.00 fee on returned checks), and credit cards.

    *** Due to the reservation nature of our business, if you must cancel for any reason, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and add-ons that are provided by an outside vendor must be paid as well(during the pre-party consultation we will discuss if an event requires an outside vendor) Posh Party Palace will work with you to schedule an alternative date.

  2. Minimum & Maximum Attendance

    All regular parties are priced at a minimum of 8 guests, regardless of how many children attend. Sparkle & Shine parties are priced at a minimum of 5 girls regardless of how many children attend. The maximum attendance at a Posh Party is 20 guests for non-adult parties.


    *Guests head counts are finalized 7 days prior to your event and cannot be altered after that point.

  3. Cancellations and Refunds

    Due to the reservation nature of our business, if you must cancel for any reason, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and add-ons that are provided by an outside vendor must be paid as well (during the pre-party consultation we will discuss if an event requires an outside vendor) Posh Party Palace will work with you to schedule an alternative date. Parties cancelled five days before the start of the event will result in Posh Party Palace retaining all monies paid.

    Posh Party Palace reserves the right at all times to cancel Party Agreements should issues arrive due to the safety of our staff or conflict between parties.

  4. Arriving & Departure Times

    For on location parties, Posh Party Palace will arrive one hour early to set up for your party. Please provide a table and the number of chairs for each of your guests as well as a space for us to set up. If chairs and tables are not available, we will be more than happy to rent them to you.

    For parties held at your home, Posh Party Palace requests a large cleared out area in the home. We do not move furniture and request the party area be cleared prior to our arrival. Set up for mobile parties happens quickly-please keep children, family members, and other guests away from the set up area to ensure that your event is set up on time.

     

    Outdoor Policy: Posh Party Palace, LLC will not provide refunds due to rain. If you choose to hold your event outside, you must have an alternate plan. We will not set up an event in the rain or if there are any signs of rain. Outdoor parties where the weather reaches 90 degrees are higher cannot be accommodated as well.

     

    OTHER LOCATIONS: Posh Party Palace is happy to execute your event at the location of your choosing. In the event that you choose a hotel, clubhouse, or other public location, you are responsible for all fees, permits, rentals, etc. that may be required to execute your event.

  5. Special Diets/Food & Beverage

    If your child or guests have food allergies, we will try to be accommodating. However; it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies in advance. If no advance notice is given, and a child has allergies, it is recommended that they not participate in the snack service.

    Our parties include Pink Lemonade Punch and popcorn (may be switched to plain chips). Should other food items be served please clear your menu with Posh Party Palace, LLC during the final payment to ensure that those foods can be accommodated during the tea party in our company costumes. We typically prefer no food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce or dark colored jellies-should these items be served we may need to adjust the party schedule to ensure that costumes are taken off prior to eating otherwise a client will be held monetarily responsible for excessive damage to Posh Party Palace property.

  6. Boys at Posh Parties

    Boys 7 or younger seem to enjoy dressing up. Many boys may not enjoy princess the complete princess them however; we do have pirate hats, vests and other pirate props for guests to enjoy. Please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Boys are included in the final guest count.

  7. Spa Parties

    Hand and Foot treatments at Posh Party Palace are self-guided and for entertainment purposes only. They are not performed by licensed technicians.

  8. Attire For Posh Parties

    For most of our parties our guests get to pick out clothing to wear from our Posh wardrobe- we ask that girls and guys wear a basic leotard or shorts and a tank top under our Posh costumes. For spa robes all guests remain in the clothing that they arrived in for the party. For slumber parties please arrive dressed in your PJs.

  9. Purchasing Retail Online

    The Posh Boutique only accepts PayPal Services for credit card transactions. Please contact Posh Party Palace for returns of exchanges.

  10. Retail Returns or Exchanges

    Refunds may be given only if the receipt is shown of purchased items otherwise, Posh Boutique credit is given. Credit may also be used toward a birthday party of any kind. Store credit cannot be used towards Posh Special Events.

    Holiday Fee: For parties that fall on holidays there is a $50.00 add on fee to hold your event on that day. 

  12. Customized Invitations

    All Posh Parties cone with our standard digital invitation design and are e-mailed upon reciept our our Posh Contract and Party Fee Deposit. If you would like a customized invitation we are more than happy to create one for you and your party theme. Our digital invitations are for Posh Party Palace use and may not be altered without the handwritten premission and signature of Posh Party Palace, LLC.

    Printed Invitations and Thank You Cards may be requested for a fee and should be orded 3-4 weeks prior to your event. We are happy to create invitations and thank you cards for your private event not hosted by Posh Party Palace.

     

     

  13. Photography

    Posh Party Palace, LLC reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Posh Party Palace, LLC, in perpetuity, and for other use by Posh Party Palace. At no time will any clients’ full name or any type of identifying id number appear directly with a picture to the point that a person outside of someone that attended the party would be able to identify the client. Signature below constitutes your agreement that you will make no monetary or other claim against Posh Party Palace for the use of photographs taken of your child/children/ or guests. It is the booking client's responsibility to notify all guests of Posh Party Palace LLC's Photography Policy.

  14. Disclaimer

    Posh Party Palace assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party by other attendees. Your party host(s) will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with the highest care and concern. Posh Party Palace is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes, cosmetics, or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions and/or other allergies. Posh Party Palace, LLC welcomes parents of guests to stay as they or the client hosting the party is responsible for the discipline of guests. We are for entertainment purposes only and treatments are not performed by licensed cosmetologist, nail technicians, or estheticians.

    We cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of contracted obligations due to certain events including, but not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the event by client, riots, war, acts of God (including floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and other widespread damage due to natural disasters), acts of government and other actions of authorities that are beyond our control.
